Company introduction

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. is the first company that manufactured industrial robot in Japan and began the robot business in 1968. Since that time, we have consistently produced high quality, cost effective industrial robots featuring advanced technology for both the domestic and overseas markets.

Our broad product portfolio serves a wide range of applications across diverse industries; from the assembly of miniature components weighing only a few grams, to the material handling of castings, weighing 1,500 kg. Our high-performance lineup is supported by our continuous development of control technology to improve functionality and operation for optimum control of the manipulator.

Here, in Thailand we have started our business since 1996 and conduct robot sales and after support activities for various kinds of customers like automotive, food and electrical industries etc. Especially many automotive major companies here are using our robot for Welding and Painting applications, it shows our product’s outstanding performance and quality.

With more than 50 years experience in industrial robotics, we have consolidated our advanced technologies into products enhancing flexible automation solutions that are simple and friendly. Our product lineup offers comprehensive functionality with operational ease in Thailand as well.

บริษัทคาวาซากิ เฮฟวี่ อินดัสทรี เป็นบริษัทผลิตหุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรมรายแรกในประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยเริ่มธุรกิจหุ่นยนต์ตั้งแต่ปี 2511 และตั้งแต่นั้นเป็นต้นมา เราก็ได้ทำการผลิตหุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรมที่มีคุณภาพสูง, ราคาประหยัดออกมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมไปถึงนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงออกสู่ตลาดทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

ในประเทศไทยเราเริ่มธุจกิจที่นี่ตั้งแต่ปี 2539 โดยดำเนินการขายหุ่นยนต์และการบริการหลังการขายสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าที่หลายหลาก อาทิ อุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์, อุตสาหกรรมอาหาร และอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า เป็นต้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง บริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่ด้านยานยนต์ของที่นี่ ก็ใช้หุ่นยนต์ของเราสำหรับการทำงานด้านการเชื่อม และการพ่นสี ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพที่โดดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา

Service and products introduction

We have many types of industrial robot in our lineup, for example 6 axis articulated robot, Parallel robot and SCARA robot including collaborative type. In application-wise, we can cover Welding, Painting, Handling and any other application, and in size-wise we can offer from small to Extra-large type, 1,500kg payload. That means we have all types of robot in our lineup, this is one of our characteristics. So once operators learn and are used to our robot operation, they can use all types of our robot with same operating method.
Here, in Thailand we mainly conduct robot sales and after support activities. Following is our strengths that we can offer to customers.

1. We have many Thai sales engineer in our organization so we can offer not only just robot sales but robot automation system. Our skillful engineers and partners will check customer’s site first and study automation system together, then we can propose appropriate solutions based on each circumstances. It can contribute to lower customer’s costs and improve product quality.
2. We promise we will offer sufficient after support to our customers. For customer’s convenience we have adequate Thai and Japanese service members here. Some Thai members have been working for more than 10 years in Kawasaki, they gained the immense confidence of customers with their long experience. Surely they will offer good after support to customers.We are ready to support our customers.
