Service introduction #1

NACHI Robot Technical Center has been opened since 7 July 2017 located on the 1st floor of Ocean Tower. This center is in the center of Bangkok where it is very easy to access relying on the concept to grant real experience with real robots to visitors unhurriedly and precisely. NACHI industrial robots during initial period were large size robot used in automotive industry. Nowadays needs of medium and small size robots has been rising for food, electric and electronic industries. To respond to those needs, NACHI has been preparing the multipurpose compact size robot which can be utilized in many industries.

NACHI Robot Technical Center has its concept to clearly show off the functionality, benefits, and effective contribution to labor force saving. This center also aims to create integrated services combining the before- installation service, solution proposal, and after sales service. Moreover, we hope that everyone will appreciate more NACHI robots through the opening of robot school to provide operating instruction, maintenance and other know-hows.

All employees mutually and eagerly cooperate to make everyone feel familiar with robot and to make this Robot Technical Center as a connection point for human and human, and for human and robot.

ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมหุ่นยนต์นาชิได้เปิดทำการตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 กรกฏาคม พ.ศ. 2560 ตั้งอยู่บนชั้น 1 อาคารโอเชี่ยนทาวเวอร์ 1 ซึ่งอยู่ในใจกลางกรุงเทพมหานครฯ ซึ่งสะดวกต่อการเดินทาง โดยมีแนวคิดที่ต้องการมอบประสบการณ์การใช้งานหุ่นยนต์จริงให้แก่ผู้ที่มาเยี่ยมชม หุ่นยนต์อุตสาหรรมของนาชิในช่วงเริ่มต้นนั้นมีขนาดที่ค่อนข้างใหญ่ และถูกจำกัดการใช้งานอยู่แต่ในอุตสหรรมการผลิตชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ และ การประกอบรถยนต์เท่านั้น ในขณะที่ปัจจุบันมีความต้องการหุ่นยนต์ขนาดเล็กและกลางมากขึ้น ตามความเติมโตของอุตสาหกรรมด้านอาหาร เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า และ ชิ้นส่วนอิเล็คโทรนิค เพื่อการตอบสนองของความต้องการในตลาดเหล่านี้ ทางบริษัทนาชิได้มีการผลิตหุ่นยนต์ขนาดเล็กซึ่งสามารถนำไปใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมดังกล่าวได้

ศูนย์ฝึกอบรมหุ่นยนต์นาชิมีแนวคิดที่ต้องการแสดงถึงความชัดเจนของระบบการใช้งาน ประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ รวมถึง การช่วยลดการใช้แรงงานมนุษย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
อีกทั้งยังมุ่งมั่นที่จะสร้างการบริการแบบบูรณาการร่วมกับกับลูกค้าก่อนการติดตั้งหุ่นยนต์ การแนะแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึง การให้การบริการหลังการขาย ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น นาชิหวังว่าทุกๆท่านมีความพึงพอใจดีต่อหุ่นยนต์นาชิมากขึ้นจากการเปิดให้บริการของทางศูนย์ฝึกอบรมหุ่นยนต์ การบำรุงรักษา และการมอบความรู้อื่นๆ

หุ่นยนต์นาชิรุ่นใหม่ “CZ10” มีการออกแบบระบบการใช้งาน และ โครงสร้างที่เป็นมิตรและปลอดภัยกับผู้ใช้งาน

Production introduction #4

The LP series of specialized palletizing robots do large movements quickly. They can stack products, such as cardboard boxes, or products in bags, such as foodstuffs or chemicals, onto pallets at high speeds. Loaded with palletizing functions, they can handle a wide variety of stacking patterns.

หุ่นยนต์รุ่น “LP” ถูกออกแบบมาสำหรับงานจัดเรียงสินค้าบน ”พาเลท” โดยเฉพาะ หุ่นยนต์มีขนาดใหญ่แต่ยังสามารถเคลื่อนไหวด้วยความเร็วสูง หุ่นยนต์รุ่น LP สามารถจัดเรียงสินค้าเช่นลัง หรือ กระสอบ เช่นอาหาร หรือ สารเคมี ลงบนพาเลทได้ด้วยความเร็วสูง และสามารถจัดเรียงด้วยโปรแกรมจัดเรียงที่มีรูปแบบที่หลากหลายอีกด้วย
