MELFA ASSISTA is collaborative robot that can share a workspace with human’s simple easier and more flexible. There are RT VisualBox enable to realize “see”, “take” and “carry” easily.

Function of ASSISTA are Easy control-Move easily with the operation buttons.

Visual sensor has an automatic correction of robot position (No need for the robot position adjustment) and teaching position (No need for alignment of work pieces). Set the work pieces to inspection equipment and automatic determination of inspection results by visual sensor (No need to communicate with the robot) and automatic sorting according to inspection results.

Easy Connecting by RT VisualBox-Automatic setting of ASSITA dedicated hand with one click (No need for parameter adjustment). Plug and play of ASSITSA dedicated hand with one connector.

Easy Programming RT VisualBox-Automatically connects of ASSISTA dedicated vision with one click (No need to set the IP address).

Vision Sensor Auto Focus-Robot automatically detects optimal work distance (Auto focus and No need to adjust work pieces recognition).

MELFA ASSISTA เป็นหุ่นยนต์ที่สามารถทำงานร่วมกับมนุษย์ได้ โดยสามารถแบ่งปันพื้นที่การทำงานกับมนุษย์ มีวิธีการใช้งานและเขียนโปรแกรมที่ง่าย มีความยืดหยุ่นมากขึ้น มีฟังค์ชั่นการใช้ง่ายอย่างง่าย ปุ่มควบคุมบนแขนหุ่นยนต์ช่วยให้ควบคุมง่ายขึ้นและไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้อุปกรณ์ช่วยสอนสำหรับการเขียนโปรแกรม และมีไฟLED แสดงสถานะของหุ่นยนต์

มีการเขียนโปรแกรมอย่างง่ายซึ่งไม่จำเป็นต้องเชี่ยวชาญ สามารถสร้างโปรแกรมด้วยภาพที่เข้าใจ่งายด้วย RT VisualBox ซึ่งใช้ “Visual Programming” เป็นซอฟต์แวร์ที่ช่วยให้ผู้ปฎิบัติงานสามารถตั้งโปรแกรมหุ่นยนต์ด้วยอินเทอร์เฟซการเขียนโปรแกรมแบบ ฝึกโดยการสาธิต สิ่งนี้ช่วยให้สามารถย้ายตำแหน่งหุ่นยนต์และกำหนดตำแหน่งได้อย่างง่ายดาย และสามารถเชื่อมต่อได้ง่าย โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องตั้งค่าพารามิเตอร์ใหม่ทุกครั้ง สามารถเลือกอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงอื่นๆได้ผ่านโปรแกรม

สำหรับ Vision sensor นั้นหุ่นยนต์สามารถปรับค่าความชัดของภาพได้เองโดยอัตโนมัติ และยังมีอุปกรณ์ที่ช่วยให้การทำงานระหว่างมนุษย์และหุ่นยนต์นั้นก็คือ Safety area sensor ที่เป็นเซ็นเซอร์ช่วยในการควบคุมระยะการทำงานระหว่างมนุษย์และหุ่นยนต์ให้ทำงานร่วมกันอย่างปลอดภัยและสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้โดยไม่ต้องมีอุปกรณ์ป้องกัน
