RH-3CH is a horizontal robot with conveyor tracking application, Vision sensor and LED lighting CCS. The vision camera detects work pieces on conveyor and then function tracking start that work pieces are transported and aligned by robots without stopping conveyors. A Colour detection with vision camera by detects colour of work pieces (red and blue). A monochrome camera able detects only black and white colour so LED illuminates red light, a vision camera able detects blue that’s black more than red. A robot pick and past work pieces on mark position. A vision camera able work efficiently even with disturbing light.

RH-3CH เป็นหุ่นยนต์เคลื่อนที่ชนิดแนวนอนที่มาพร้อมฟังค์ชั่นในการติดตามชิ้นงานบนสายพานโดยทำงานร่วมกับกล้อง Vision ที่ใช้ LED CCS ช่วยในการจับภาพ กล้อง Vision ทำการจับชิ้นงานบนสายพานจากนั้นจะทำการติดตามชิ้นงานและขนย้ายชิ้นงานถึงแม่สายพานจะหยุดทำงาน การจับสีชิ้นงานกล้องสามารถจับสีได้แค่ขาวดำ ดังนั้นจึงต้องใช้แสง LED สีน้ำเงินและแดงช่วยในการจับสีชิ้นงานเมื่อ LED ฉายแสงสีน้ำเงินจะทำให้กล้องจับชิ้นงานสีแดงซึ่งแสดงค่าสีดำมากกว่า และหยิบชิ้นงานไปวางในตำแหน่งที่ทำการมาร์คไว้ ซึ่งคุณสมบัติของกล้อง Vision camera นั้นสามารถทำงานได้ดีถึงแม้จะมีแสงรบกวน
